Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff, especially Sonya, were incredibly helpful and made the stay more enjoyable, the hotel itself felt run down and in need of some repairs. The food choices were decent, and the excursions were fun, but the overall maintenance left a lot to be desired. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place to relax with a drink, you might find it worthwhile, but don't expect luxury.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help, the dining options left much to be desired. The pools were a mixed bag; some were clean, while others had issues. Overall, I enjoyed my time there but felt there were areas that could use improvement, especially in terms of room cleanliness and dining quality.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the grounds were beautiful and the animation team was fantastic, the food experience was chaotic and the facilities were lacking. The location was a bit secluded, which wasn't ideal for nightlife, and the service levels varied. Overall, I had some fun moments but wouldn't necessarily return due to the shortcomings.
My stay at the hotel started off with some hiccups, including a long wait for our rooms and issues with water and electricity. While the cleanliness and landscaping were admirable, the dining experience was quite hit or miss. The staff were very polite and helpful, but the overall facilities and amenities left something to be desired, particularly for a hotel that markets itself as a spa. It felt more like a budget experience than what I was hoping for.
My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the entertainment and the cleaning staff were fantastic, making the experience enjoyable despite the overall run-down state of the facility. The food variety was decent, but the dining area was chaotic and needed better management. The beach was a short and easy walk, but some areas of the hotel were concerning in terms of safety and cleanliness.
