I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff, especially Sonya, were incredibly helpful and made the stay more enjoyable, the hotel itself felt run down and in need of some repairs. The food choices were decent, and the excursions were fun, but the overall maintenance left a lot to be desired. If you're looking for a budget-friendly place to relax with a drink, you might find it worthwhile, but don't expect luxury.

Rooms
6.0
The room I stayed in was spacious with plenty of hot water, but it felt outdated and the cleanliness could have been better.
Service
9.0
Staff were attentive and helpful, especially Sonya, who always went the extra mile to assist us.
Location
6.0
Located at the quiet end of town, making it a peaceful getaway, but quite far from tourist attractions.
Dining
7.0
The food was varied enough that I never went hungry, offering pizza and pasta stations, yet some dishes were under or overcooked.
Facilities
6.0
The pool area was more inviting than the rest of the hotel, but overall, the facilities felt in need of more attention.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. While the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help, the dining options left much to be desired. The pools were a mixed bag; some were clean, while others had issues. Overall, I enjoyed my time there but felt there were areas that could use improvement, especially in terms of room cleanliness and dining quality.

Rooms
5.0
The room was not as clean as I had hoped, with a persistent smell that was hard to ignore.
Service
9.0
The service was where the hotel truly shined; the staff were committed and nice, making us feel welcome.
Location
8.0
The hotel is set in lovely gardens, making it a pleasant place to relax after a long day.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a bit hit or miss; while some dishes were good, others, like the strange hotdog sausages, were not appealing.
Facilities
6.0
The pools offered a good mix, with one being heated, but cleanliness could definitely improve.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. While the grounds were beautiful and the animation team was fantastic, the food experience was chaotic and the facilities were lacking. The location was a bit secluded, which wasn't ideal for nightlife, and the service levels varied. Overall, I had some fun moments but wouldn't necessarily return due to the shortcomings.

Rooms
6.0
The rooms were basic, cleaned daily only if requested, but lacked a few essential items like sufficient air conditioning and a more comfortable atmosphere.
Service
7.0
The service was a bit hit or miss. While staff members were polite and eager to assist, they struggled with limited resources, making it hard for them to provide better service.
Location
5.0
The hotel is outside Yasmin Hammamet, requiring a taxi for nightlife and better dining options. It's convenient for a quiet stay but not ideal for those seeking liveliness.
Dining
5.0
Dining was quite chaotic with long queues for food, and a severe shortage of cups and glasses meant that meals weren't as enjoyable as they could have been.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities were dated and not up to par for a 4-star standard. The pool area did have activities, but the cleanliness could definitely improve.

5.4/10

My stay at the hotel started off with some hiccups, including a long wait for our rooms and issues with water and electricity. While the cleanliness and landscaping were admirable, the dining experience was quite hit or miss. The staff were very polite and helpful, but the overall facilities and amenities left something to be desired, particularly for a hotel that markets itself as a spa. It felt more like a budget experience than what I was hoping for.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were in poor condition, with frequent water issues and dated decor. I would rate them a 4/10.
Service
6.0
Service varied; while some staff were very polite, the overall standard felt unprofessional at times.
Location
7.0
The hotel is situated in beautifully manicured gardens but is quite far from local shops and attractions.
Dining
5.0
Dining options were lacking, especially during the week. The food seemed repetitive and not appealing for extended stays.
Facilities
5.0
Facilities were below expectations, particularly the aging pool area and lack of activities.

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. On one hand, the entertainment and the cleaning staff were fantastic, making the experience enjoyable despite the overall run-down state of the facility. The food variety was decent, but the dining area was chaotic and needed better management. The beach was a short and easy walk, but some areas of the hotel were concerning in terms of safety and cleanliness.

Rooms
The rooms were in poor condition, with issues like broken air conditioning and unclean bed linens. Rating: 3/10
Service
The staff were doing their best, particularly the entertainment team, who worked hard to engage guests. However, service from management seemed lacking in overall standards. Rating: 7/10
Location
The hotel is ideally located with easy access to the beach, but the surrounding area had a construction site that created an unsightly path to the beach. Rating: 6/10
Dining
The food had some variety, but the dining experience was marred by cleanliness issues and a lack of organization. Rating: 5/10
Facilities
While the pool area with water slides could be fun, the lack of lifeguards raised safety concerns, particularly with children left unsupervised. Rating: 4/10
